Christmas jumpers, lunch and film
Wednesday was our annual Christmas lunch and jumper day.
Huge thanks to Kim, our cook, and to all the staff who served meals and then cleared the hall and provided extra supervision on the playground.

Year 5 and Year 6 children did a fantastic job looking after younger children, cutting up food, helping them pull crackers and reading out jokes. Whether it was a Christmas dinner or a Christmas-themed packed lunch, everyone was able to eat together and enjoy sharing the celebration.
It was a fantastic display of our school vision.

After lunch, our prefects did an amazing job of helping in the hall so that everyone could watch The Grinch together. The film’s message struck a chord and reminded us not to focus on “collecting meaningless stuff that we don’t need” and understanding that “kindness and love are what we need most.”
