Hansel and Gretel - Year 1

Year 1 have enjoyed reading the story of Hansel and Gretel. The children have also been very excited about creating their own gingerbread house using descriptive writing and have written their own story versions of Hansel and Gretel.

On Thursday Year 1 made biscuit houses.  The children helped with all the mixing, measuring, rolling and shaping.   They then completed their designs and decorations on Friday, using chocolate buttons, strawberry shoes laces and skittles. Well done Year 1.  Your biscuit houses looked delicious!
