Oak Class - Herrings Green Farm

Oak class had a wonderful time at Herrings Green Farm on Monday.  The children loved holding an owl and getting the chance to have it fly onto their arm.  The morning was finished off by watching an amazing flying display where the birds flew right over their heads.  The waddling pelican at the end made them laugh!  In the afternoon it was time to stroke  guinea pigs, feed excitable goats, hold a snake and feel a tortoise’s shell.

The children were beautifully behaved and thoroughly enjoyed the ice pop from governor, Mrs Dent, at the end. Thank you!
