School Council

Our School Council  - have already taken practical action keeping our school grounds clean and have thought about things that might help us improve the school further.  Last year, the school council helped extend our range of clubs and also collected ideas from children about what could make school even better.  If your child has ideas, please ask them to talk to their school councillor.

An example of change that has been made by pupils, came to fruition this week as explained by Aryan here: “The boys at All Saints have been asking if mirrors could be fitted in the boys’ bathrooms for quite a while although not formally until this year.  I put together a formal request, researched options and took my ideas to Mrs King.  She took my suggestion to a Governors’ meeting to request funding and this week two wonderful new mirrors were installed.  This is fantastic and many of the boys are enjoying the mirrors being in place.  It is a real privilege to be in a school where people will take ideas into account and make them come true.  Thank you.  Aryan Jha, Yr 6.”
