Year 2 Scooterbility

During the Scooterbility session on Wednesday, Year 2 learnt how to check their scooters to make sure that they are safe.  They were introduced to the Green Cross Code and were reminded to get off and walk their scooters across roads with adult supervision.  Year 2 worked hard to practice balance and manoeuvering skills and learnt how to stop safely.  They also spent time discussing consideration for other people and how to recognize hazards and to take measures to stay safer when scootering in the street.
